Safety Starts Here
Construction Crew Solutions, Inc maintains a safety-first approach with our employees. We have a detailed safety program led by our Safety Director as part of our 3-step hiring process, as well as ongoing safety training and job-specific safety training.
We provide our employees with personal protective equipment (PPE), except for work boots. This includes hard hat, safety vest, and cut-level 2 (minimum) gloves. We also provide for any job-specific safety equipment or training, including fall protection, ladder safety, leading edge, and Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS).
We are OSHA 1926.1153 compliant with providing Silica Awareness Training for our employees and have medical providers readily available to conduct Fit Testing.
We will also facilitate any equipment operator certifications that are required of our employees. This includes but is not limited to forklift, lull, bobcat, and buck hoist.
In the rare event of an accident, all of our operations managers are familiar with our injury protocol to ensure that quality first aid or medical care is provided as quickly as possible. We immediately initiate a thorough investigation to ascertain the cause of the accidents and any changes we need to make to prevent it in the future.
Safety is number one for us and we expect the same from our employees and the contractors we work with.
